Delivery & Returns
We offer a next working day delivery service on all orders received Before 3:00pm and have a maximum delivery charge of €10 Nationwide up to 30kg. We currently only deliver to customers within Ireland & Northern Ireland.

We offer FREE* delivery on all orders anywhere in Ireland (North & South). over €200.00. *Free delivery is not included on equipment.
- All equipment prices are excluding delivery, installation and VAT (which is charged additionally at 23%).
Please ensure that you will be at the delivery address to sign for your item. Please also give us a mobile number so that if you are not there, we can contact you. If you are ordering for a private address that's a little 'out of the way' please bear in mind that the courier may not be familiar with the area, so please give directions if you think it's necessary!
Please Note: We will always endeavour to meet these timings, however as the courier service is a third party, not directly controlled by us there may be delays outside of our control.
COLLECTION IN-STORE
At Pitzone you can also collect your products in-store. You can complete your order online and once you select the collection in-store option we will have your products ready and waiting when you call in.
RETURNS POLICY
We intend to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your product from Pitzone. However, if you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product (other than perishable produce or a special order) up to 14 days after your order has been delivered. We can change or cancel your order up until it has been dispatched.
If you return the product in its original unused condition (with the product & packaging unmarked and unworn) and fit for resale within seven working days of the order being received, we will refund you the cost of the product or replace it (if available) as soon as possible following our agreement to do so (excluding cost of postage and transport). You will be responsible for paying for the return carriage of the goods to us. If you are exchanging a product for another size or style we will send these subsequent items to you free of charge.
All items you wish to return have to be received by us within 14 days of delivery (i.e. the day after the vouched date of dispatch to you). Please include all relevant packing slips and documentation when returning the product.
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of returned goods.
